what ya think ?

How crazy does this sound? I am working on the Beanie hat and I needed to do ten rounds of the ribbing and ten rounds of stock.st. before changing color and doing a thin strip in grey ... but why did I underestimate how much knitting I'd get done or how fast I would be knitting once at work? I got through the twenty rounds easily and started rummaging thru my bag looking for my grey CC wool, only to remember that I left it at home this morning ..Man .... So naturally, I called home to see if my hubby would be so kind as to drive up to my job with the yarn ( for his hat, but he don't know that yet) ...
He said no !!!! I was shocked, I was hurt, I felt bad. Now I have to sit here at my desk and try to think of all the wonderful reason why I love him, bore his children and married him and why this should not cause any marital problems for us and that he is a really good person otherwise...and how he is always so supportive ... and maybe he is just tired today or in the middle of having fun with the boys .....

but despite all my attempts at being a big girl about this all I can think of is not giving him any for a very long time !!!!

grrrrrrrrr!

lesson learned: never leave home with out enough wool !!!!!!

What do you think ?

Let it go, girl, let it go. He'll feel bad when you give him the hat.

okay....I feel better now ....
i was a bit sensitive ...lol....
it's not like the yarn can kiss me when i am feeling down, or show my sons who's boss, or buy more of it self .... so uhm , yeah ...I'll lay off him ( not literally) this time ....I know he thanx you too !!!
