It is so inviting........
I sit here and type now...will have a slice of pizza here tonight, will visit UR blog from here and will finish and progress a few projects from this very quiet and cute space that sits in the corner of my bedroom.....Now let some body try and stop me from visiting it again .... let 'em try dang it ! ......lol..
Working on yet another hat for Mr. Knot-So-Knice, as i told you.
I got a nice free pattern called "London Beanie".
It is a nice , quick knit , but there is weaving in those ends ..oh well..Pretty , aint it ? I can make a bunch of hats from this basic pattern ....
Now I see the "stripe jog" and it bugs me , i got to do some thing about it ..hope i can disguise it a little bit better....I have found a few tips online as well..and I thought i used them ..lol...

Last week I fell unto my knee and thought nothing off it really? I felt I'd just brush it off..and bounce back....Well....
The pain was so unbeareable that i went to the ER ...They wiggled my leg around and said i'd be fine ..Just soft tissue injury...but its been over a week and I still have madd stiffness and pain in certain positions...So I went to see the doctor today...According to the doc I may have torn some thing in my knee, and we need to hope it's just a muscle or a ligament.It hurts when i walk , the pain comes and goes and to bend my knee????? wow. It is now a slow and deliberate action that requires madd thought "i think i can , i think i can , i think i can ..." and whimpering... I have to go back in two weeks ....bummer...(sigh)

This morning the snow and my knee was enuff to make me call in sick....
The men-folk did earn their keep however!

So what do u have planned for the week end ? Knitting? No really ???!?? lol...
Some time in the next few days I am hoping to give myself a much needed manicure in .. all this knitting and brutal winter winds has my hands thirsty ....

Goodness... I'll stop complaining about my snowy days!! I will be knitting this weekend too, trying to get rid of some junk yarn. Have a good weekend!

So sorry to hear about your knee. Going to the ER sucks. I hate it. The hat for the Mr looks really nice. I could never get the stripes to even out either, so I just ignore them.
I tried to get some knitting done this weekend, but it looks more like frogging will be occuring.
Love the pictures of the snow. Looks a lot like Michigan, even your neighborhood. I really, really miss that stuff. That's right, 'You think you can, you know you can...'
